Fees & Insurance

My fee is $140 for a 50-minute individual therapy session.

I’ll soon be in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. If you have a different insurance provider, I can provide a superbill (a receipt you can submit for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage). It’s helpful to check with your insurance company about your specific mental health benefits.

Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a $75 fee.

Good Faith Estimate

As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost.

If you're not using insurance or are paying out of pocket, I will provide you with an estimate of expected charges for services. This helps ensure transparency so there are no unexpected costs, and you can make informed decisions about your care.

If you ever have questions about fees or your estimate, I’m happy to talk it through with you.

Required Notice:

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
