You’re holding it together. But it’s taking more out of you than anyone can see.

Maybe you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unlike yourself. Work may feel unsustainable, your relationships may be strained, or familiar patterns may keep repeating despite your efforts to change them.

I help adults and couples understand what keeps these difficulties going, and make meaningful changes in how they respond, communicate, and relate.

Understanding matters. Change matters, too.

Therapy with me is not only about identifying why you feel the way you do. We will also pay attention to what happens when anxiety takes over, you silence your needs, conflict escalates, or familiar patterns pull you back in.

My approach is warm, active, and collaborative. I will help you make connections while also working with you on different ways of responding.

Why Work With Me?

Before moving into full-time private practice, I spent 18 years in clinical and leadership roles within the federal government. It deepened my respect for the hard work of change, the obstacles that often stand in the way, and the courage it takes to keep showing up. I witnessed firsthand the strength people bring to their healing, as well as the impact of being supported by systems, and by people, that truly care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Couples Therapy Informed Provider, I bring both experience and genuine engagement to our work. I look beneath the surface without losing sight of the problems affecting your life right now.

You can expect therapy that is thoughtful and practical without overlooking deeper emotional experiences. You can also expect therapy to be tailored to you rather than built around a one-size-fits-all formula.
