Hi, I’m Jency Brogden, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm.

Many of the people I work with come in feeling like they’ve been holding a lot together for a long time. They feel overwhelmed, worn down by relationship dynamics, or stretched by the emotional weight of life changes. On the outside things may look fine, but inside there’s anxiety, tension, or disconnection. In our work together, we’ll slow down and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. We’ll look beneath the surface, explore patterns and experiences that shape how you move through the world, and gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck.

My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in the belief that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but about creating space to understand yourself more deeply. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, speak freely, and feel seen rather than judged. We’ll focus on what matters most to you, and move at your pace, building a relationship rooted in trust, connection, and respect for the messy, meaningful parts of being human. I know firsthand how therapy can help us see ourselves more clearly and open the door to living with greater intention and authenticity.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and hear more about what’s going on for you.
