Hi, I’m Jency Brogden—a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults, young adults, and older teens navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space to understand yourself more deeply. I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at patterns, explore your story, and move toward a place of greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.
I especially enjoy working with people who are curious about their inner world, even if they feel unsure where to start. Whether you’re exhausted from overthinking, feeling the weight of strained relationships, or caught in the daily stress of parenting or life changes—I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
Therapy with me is a place to slow down, speak freely, and feel seen—not judged. We’ll focus on what matters most to you, and move at your pace with care and curiosity. I value building a relationship with you built on trust and connection while making room for the messy, beautiful parts of being human. Personally, I know first hand how engaging in therapy allows us to see ourselves in ways we haven’t before, and to transform into the kind of person we want to be living the life we want to live.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and hear more about what’s going on for you.
