Hi, I’m Jency Brogden, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by the demands of life, worn down by difficult relationship patterns, or disconnected from themselves after carrying too much for too long. Even when everything appears fine on the outside, inside there may be anxiety, tension, or a persistent sense that something isn’t right. Together, we’ll slow down and make sense of what’s been weighing on you, looking beneath the surface at the patterns and experiences that shape how you move through the world. As those patterns become clearer, we can begin loosening what keeps you stuck and creating room for something different.

My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in the belief that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about creating a relationship where you can speak freely, feel seen rather than judged, and become more curious about your own experience. We’ll focus on what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels right, making room for the messy, meaningful parts of being human. Over time, that deeper understanding can open up new choices and help you live with greater intention and authenticity.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and hear more about what’s going on for you.
